Top hat Trailers

My wife and I needed an enclosed trailer for our new business. Magnum trailers has provided many trailers to our family over the years. Fortunately for us, Georgetown has a dealership. Julie was awesome from start to finish! The service folks were great, as they readied the trailer to leave with us. And the trailer, well it’s a Magnum, and is precisely what we needed. Five stars across the board!

Aaron was very helpful and ordered my parts quickly. Great customer service. Much better than other trailer companies.

Magnum Custom Trailers has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! The team is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. They took the time to answer all my questions, provided expert recommendations, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, they were super nice and professional throughout. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality trailers and outstanding service!

Aaron and Staff are Awesome! Definitely recommend for all of your trailer needs.

People in this place are super helpful! The know pretty much everything about rigs. They also do maintenance! Highly recommended!

I was needing to correct a trailer sway issue with my horse trailer so I stopped by Magnum Trailers Georgetown. They spent the time and had the expertise to get me the proper hitch at a fraction of what I was expecting to pay. Super helpful and very courteous. Love doing business with them!

Excellent and quick service to outfit a new trailer for our company, as well as fabricating and installing custom spare tire mounts. Truly a one stop shopping experience. Julie was fantastic to work with throughout the purchase process. Highly recommend and will use them again as our business grows.

Magnum trailers saved me a huge headache and larger tow truck bill. Johnny and Aaron were nice enough to stay late to accept my trailer from a crappy tow company that kept me waiting 3+ hours. If they hadn’t stayed late I would have had to pay a lot more to get it towed again the next day. They serviced my trailer and got it back to me quickly and at a great price. My family has been using Magnum for over a decade and have always had a great experience. Thanks for the excellent service!

So — I had the incredibly good fortune to be greeted by Ramon DeLeon at Magnum within 30s seconds of my arrival. Despite being somewhat intimidated by all of their existing larger customer jobs on site I was quickly reassured that no job is too small! He consulted with his team and proposed the perfect solution to revise my custom Longhorn hitch exactly as promised. - actually SO MUCH better than I envisioned it would be; moreover, it was completed EXACTLY when promised — at a fair price that made me smile. Bottom line - Ramon is a great guy and will take care of you from start to finish- 100% worth the drive from Central Austin! Thanks Ramon!

Fantastic service! Jeremy and Aaron did a great job on my trailer. I had an emergency this morning, and they kindly got me in right away, and I was out in a couple of hours. Fantastic job guys! Keep it up

We had an incredible experience with Julie at Magnum Custom Trailers in Georgetown, TX. Even with lending systems down, DMV systems down, and printers acting up, she managed to get us our new trailer in just an hour. Julie’s dedication and efficiency were truly impressive, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We are beyond grateful for her exceptional service and will definitely be bringing all of our company’s future business to Magnum Custom Trailers. Thank you, Magnum Trailers G-Town. Solid crew behind you guys.

I had gone on Saturday to purchase a trailer but the sale could not be completed. I was a bit disappointed on how it went Saturday and headed home. I did post a negative review before.
On Monday I did receive a call from Charlie, the owner, and spoke for a bit and really wanted to see how he could help. I was already starting a transaction with another company with something similar but not what I really wanted. Charlie offered to drive from San Antonio, pick up the trailer and bring it to his San Antonio Location. He told me he would have it there by 2pm. At 1:40 I received a call from Charlie from his SA store letting me know my trailer was there. By then I had already called the other company to cancel. Speaking with Charlie was was just a great experience. He was truly concerned and can tell his dedication to his company and customers. I gave 5 stars for for going above and beyond.

Jeremy was super nice, accommodating, and did great work.

First time purchasing a trailer here. Aaron made the process easy and helped with getting the trailer hooked up and set up on my trucks towing options. DMV was down and I was not able to get the temporary tags but Aaron contacted me first thing the next morning (a Saturday even) and emailed the information to me. Excellent service!

Magnum got us in when we had an emergency. We had a broken leaf spring on our 39’ Fifth Wheel trailer. They had the part and we were fixed and back on the road in one morning. Hats off to John and Ben and all the crew!
