My wife and I needed an enclosed trailer for our new business. Magnum trailers has provided many trailers to our family over the years. Fortunately for us, Georgetown has a dealership. Julie was awesome from start to finish! The service folks were great, as they readied the trailer to leave with us. And the trailer, well it’s a Magnum, and is precisely what we needed. Five stars across the board!

Magnum got us in when we had an emergency. We had a broken leaf spring on our 39’ Fifth Wheel trailer. They had the part and we were fixed and back on the road in one morning. Hats off to John and Ben and all the crew!

Ramon helped us make the decision on the best attachments to ensure the trailer works in the best possible way.
Chris showed me all the technical aspects that led me to a decision about the flatbed trailer that my company needs.

Eric took great care of me with my new trailer purchase. All communication was prompt and professional. Will definitely keep these guys in mind when purchasing another trailer.

Put me up in a golf cart and drove me around the lot to show how to fix my trailer door with springs to make it easier to lift.

I noticed the trailers here are extremely high quality. Down to the wire management/ conduit on the wiring. Would shop here for a trailer.

They also have flatbed. 10/10

So — I had the incredibly good fortune to be greeted by Ramon DeLeon at Magnum within 30s seconds of my arrival. Despite being somewhat intimidated by all of their existing larger customer jobs on site I was quickly reassured that no job is too small! He consulted with his team and proposed the perfect solution to revise my custom Longhorn hitch exactly as promised. - actually SO MUCH better than I envisioned it would be; moreover, it was completed EXACTLY when promised — at a fair price that made me smile. Bottom line - Ramon is a great guy and will take care of you from start to finish- 100% worth the drive from Central Austin! Thanks Ramon!

So I bought a trailer here almost a year ago right before the Pandemic shuttered everything. So now I'm having an issue with screws coming out of the bottom of the trailer. I contacted Magnum and was routed to the service department and whoever I spoke with was less than helpful and either hung up on me or maybe, and I'll give him the benefit of the doubt...we were disconnected. I called back. This time I spoke to a Mike and he explained that I would need to drop by and pick up the needed screws so that the wall of my trailer was sound again.

So I drove over. 😐 I'll tell you what, I spent 8K on this trailer and I have to say this is the not the follow up service that I expected. Without continuing, I won't buy from these guys again. If your in the market for a trailer, find a more reputable business.
