I had gone on Saturday to purchase a trailer but the sale could not be completed. I was a bit disappointed on how it went Saturday and headed home. I did post a negative review before.
On Monday I did receive a call from Charlie, the owner, and spoke for a bit and really wanted to see how he could help. I was already starting a transaction with another company with something similar but not what I really wanted. Charlie offered to drive from San Antonio, pick up the trailer and bring it to his San Antonio Location. He told me he would have it there by 2pm. At 1:40 I received a call from Charlie from his SA store letting me know my trailer was there. By then I had already called the other company to cancel. Speaking with Charlie was was just a great experience. He was truly concerned and can tell his dedication to his company and customers. I gave 5 stars for for going above and beyond.
